That's ok. I was planning on trying it before you mentioned it, so no worries at all. My LP's finish is in pretty rough shape haze-wise (it spent time in a flooded basement before I got it) so maybe the product does better on less damaged finishes. I was probably too rough on the product. It sounds like it maybe does better on less extreme problems.
Bigger in sum than parts.

Yeah mine was just heavily used and unclean for a decade, but never actually damaged.
