I'll go for Jazzmaster - I like the chrome of the Jag, but there's something about the big pickguard and pickups on the JM that really does it for me.

I've got to go with the understated elegance of the Jazzmaster.  Something about those big honkin' pickups just does it for me.

Jags are a very close second, of course.
