Thanks Jerry, but that´s really too much! I already got richly rewarded by SY and all the compliments and encouragements I got from everyone in this thread. It would be cool if the thread were to be locked in the library at some point and that should be the end of the story.

Maybe everyone could help to point you in the way of another mustang? Like if they see one on Ebay or have one for sale tell you first?

Haven't been on for about a week. Great conclusion! Nice to know that happy endings don't just happen in the movies. Lee looks chuffed to pieces to get an old favourite of his back. Hope he composes the whole of the next record (the follow-up to the AMAZING "The Eternal") with it.

i yelled out "eric's trip" during their show in dc this past monday, but to no avail (who would have known?) it looks like it has not been on any of their setlists so far...

Hi! Being an jag/jazz fan, I've been browsing this site for a while now but reading this thread (all of it in one go!) finally made me register just so I could say:
This is a great show of genuine love for musical instruments and a really wonderful display of people helping people.

Awesome thread indeed, thank you guys (especially sauerkraut) for making the internet a whole lot nicer. Lee's expression on that pic has made my day.
