11 is the ultimate number! I like the idea of a pickup behind the nut though

Some of those (LP and Tele) Look awesome, I'd seriously buy one. Any chance of seeing an offset DC Les Paul?
Power only corrupts those too weak to use it.

Those offset LPs remind me of the 5 string guitars that Ted Newman-Jones built for Keith Richards in the 70s.
Chandler either licensed the design or simply pinched it for the Chandler Austin Special, of which I tracked down a couple of pics:
I think the top curve on these looks better than the way it looks on the "offset LP" designs here, but I don't care for the sharp cutaway.

Yeah I like the Tele and the Jazzmaster ! ...Is it a Suger Free Jazzmaster ?
..The strat looks like it comes out of a Tim Burton Movie ! Fender could make a custom edition like this !

Hmm Don't laugh! I'd love to have one ... Actually I use a piezo mounted in a claw like this :RumorsOFsurF wrote:SPudnik wrote: This one needs a few more Pups... 8)

I just saw the behind the nut PU!!!!!!!!!!
(that's what cello players use to tune their acoustic cello with an electronic tuner).
to amplify the behind the nut noises, strummings, hittings and harmonics :
The big drawback of this is that you have to unplug the guitar to plug this instead ! Not very convenient.. :-\
So yes, I'd like a behind the nut Pu !
...And please don't tell me I have to play a Variax guitar !
