hehe...I played the OTM one...I think....

when we were recording at Athlete's  studio, an OTM one like that was hanging round...had the custom shop stamp and it was reliced....so it was possibly one of them, maybe?

nevertheless....nice guitar :)

Scott, have you seen that one at Jacksons ?    The way Jacksons describes it seems like they are saying it is an "AV JM", but I have never known of there ever being shell pink AV JMs, especially with matching head stock.  Then on the other hand if it was a Custom shop model, they would have  said this as well.  I'm think it's actually a refin  ... but that's just a guess.

$3521.70 US at today's exchange rates.

That's actually pretty cheap for a Custom Shop Fender here in Australia.

EDIT: I prefer a less pastel shade of pink. I've seen other Fenders with deeper pink colours.

Now, if Fender Japan would do Pink Paisley versions of the Jag and Jazz, like they did with strats and teles.... it would end up costing me a lot of money.

That's the point .. it doesn't seem to be a Custom Shop .. is it a special one-off AVRI , or a refinished one .. ?

Ah...so did it play as good as it looked?

Sonic blue seems to be one of those hard-to-find custom colors...you hardly ever see it around.
