i think it's 7.25". although my '86 MIJ does feel a lot flatter than my '02 CIJ, it is more prone to choking out during bends on the upper frets (with roughly the same action and neck relief) so it must be the neck profile that's playing tricks on my left hand.

7.25 afaik, the newer ones are definitely 7.25
