New MIJ lefty Jazzmaster and Jaguar coming to Taniguchi.

Some lefty Jags and Jazzmasters are in the works for summer 24 from Taniguchi in japan. I just got a couple of guitars shipped to the uk from these guys and they are absolutely excellent!

Some good news for lefties anyhow, shame its only sunburst options but we have to take what we can get I guess. The bursts look closer to a three tone which is nice as the last ones had 2 tone.

That would be ridiculous to lust after. I already have a Jag with an OLY headstock & I’m not sure about keeping it.

ha i was unsure about how light the stain and wood is on the neck. Might just be photographing lighter with flash maybe.

Hahaha, yeah it’s mine. I’ve got it for sale because I can’t warrant having a cs guitar that doesn’t get played much. And I don’t really like red guitars

I was going to change the guard for mint, but then decided to try and sell it.

haha no way! Hopefully someone will snap it up, should try a mint or parchment guard on it, might make the colours compliment a little more?

I've been thinking about a CS guitar but I don't know where to start. Electric XII lefty, not sure they do them tbh.

I just picked up one of the olympic white mustangs from Taniguchi over the holiday. also had the correct logo (finally)! If I didn't already have a jaguar I'd get one of these.

I absolutely love it! I took it in for a setup and had the pots rewired righty style so the sweep actually works. My tech told me the electronics are actually really nice (he did install a PIO cap, though) and the pickups are alnico 5. If you can get one of the next batch, I say go for it. #treatyoself

Glad to hear that these are pretty solid! I placed an order on one of the oly white Mustangs, can't wait for it to arrive!
