52 to 56 is easily sorted with a few passes of the wound string over the nut (using it like a file). It's worked for me for years :D
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

I actually tried this exact method before stringing up - just to make sure… 😅
Shouldn‘t be too much trouble on a bone nut - but as I once broke the nut of my first electric by trying to string up 60s (out of nowhere… played 12-52 before)
I‘m a bit cautious.

That's a classy looking Jag. How do you like the chunky neck compared to your other Jags?

Looks great, I wanted one of these the moment they surfaced. Rosewood, blocks, binding, wanted-list colour, painted face, polyester finish (won't wear off), standard switching... Just didn't like the much higher expense required to get this colour over the regular edition's price.

Hope it sounds good too! Do the switches have both poles?

I felt the exact same! :)

You mean the regular edition of the Traditional Jaguars?
The LPB version is 1499 in a german store - which is about the same I paid for this shipping and import taxes included.

Yes, regular switches.

And some more pics of it with some sunlight coming through the roof-window:
Also added a bridge cover I still had For that little bit of extra chrome.

Thank you. I'm kinda tempted by these, not gonna lie. I have no Jaguars at all currently

That is clearly an insufficient number! ;)

It sure is a bit chunkier than let‘s say the Squiers but also feels very familiar - I’d say it sits right in between my other two MIJ necks (Thinline Jag on the slightly smaller and the late 60s inspired double bound Liquid Thinder JM on the bigger side) - but it has been a while that I played a neck that was too big or too small for me… they‘re all feeling good.

To those more patient than myself:
Thomann should have them in a week or two.
Also the Black Jazzblaster from last year can now be ordered in Europe too…

Thought so. If Fender JPN shot these in nitro they'd slay the US ones
