NGD ! Squier Classic Vibe Starcaster !!!

It was supposed to arrive Friday but it was there yesterday !

First impressions are great !
Perfect set up, awesome to look at and to play .
Fretwork is great . Really nice thin neck . Ten bine nut is nicely cut .
Full size pots .
It sounds really really good .

There is just a small thing : the binding inside the f holes is not Perfect .
But overall , I am pretty Amazed .

I have a Bigsby and a Vibramate on another guitar that i’m going to try on this beautiful Starcaster .

I got the same thing and would write the same things though the binding on mine is awesome. The E string snapped immediately when I tried to tighten it but other than that I had it tuned and playing in like 3 minutes and am straight up blown away at how not-shitty the setup is. I got a VM VI new a couple years ago and it was fucked, but this is completely different. Pumped to finally have one.

After all these years of buying & selling Guitars I can't see buying any Guitar without a Bigsby or some kind of Trem...

Look for blake480's MP Starcaster. He had the vibramate/Bigsby combo, and it looked nice. I have wondered if someone could park a B3 or B6 on one of these using a tapered spacer block to flatten out the bottom curve .

A Duesenberg Les Trem would be another easy and completely reversible option. I've got one on my Aria TA-50 semi and I love it.
