Tagima Jet Blues
Recently came across this beauty!
I'm actually impressed. Looks like a homage to the Starcaster

There's also a deluxe version with alnico 5 humbuggies and a Bigsby

Re: Tagima Jet Blues
I see more Toronado influence than Starcaster, but either way they look pretty darn cool.

Very cool, bit hat upper horn bugs me. It doesn't look like it follows the curve of the lower (what do you call the bit that would be a lower horn when it's not a horn?). Would look so much nicer eight that subtly changed.

I remember when these came out. Always liked the black one with the Bigsby. Has a bit of a boutique vibe to it. I hope the build quality is okay. I've only ever seen lower-end Tagimas, and I didn't like the craftsmanship on those as much.

They usually make these little tweaks so they don't look exactly the same as what they're supposed to be inspired by, but it always just looks like a "Can I copy your homework?" meme to me.Stephen_42 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 26, 2019 12:22 pmVery cool, bit hat upper horn bugs me. I tried a Tagima "Jazzmaster" style against a real Fender JM down at the used shop and they sounded nothing alike
