Know all about that far too well LOL !!!

Seriously, looking forward to your review, impressions, and any pix you might be able to share - you appear to be the first on the OSG to put hands on a production model!

Yes, please! Go for it and tell us everything about! Photos and deep insight welcome!

I'm starting a substitute job in April that gives me a half year of buffer/additional income additional to my self-employment.
So I will finally be able to spend some money on equipment again - after a half year of selling stuff to pay the rent... and that 70s Jag is in my top 3 of musical investments! :-)

Nice finish and tinted neck. Good weight, feel and fretwork.

Mustang bridge and real AVRI style tort! Original size knobs, too.

Pickups nice but the bridge one already squealed with a JC90 overdrive!!! :wtf:

They were closing and the strings/setup was bad... otherwise I could/might have taken it home?
Will sleep over it. :bored:

Exciting. Will probably hold off until these hit the used market and then go ham on a modding project, or pick up a neck on its own.

There’s a simple way to stop the squealing. I saw here somewhere Curtis Novak explaining you just have to put some candle wax on the base plate of the pickups , between the bobin and The claws.
I Did it on my jaguar, it took me 5 minutes and no more squealing . Even with big distortion .
