I can't decide whether or not to pre-order. I don't want to get the specimen that weighs 9.5 pounds!

Really looking forward to seeing a modding thread on this. Hopefully they’ll do a blackguard CVJM too.

First off, F***ING FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!

Second off, it says both 24" and 25.5" scale...weird, maybe someone copy/pasted the 25.5" from another description...Maybe a Jazzmaster?!?!

- easy-playing 24" scale
- Maple neck, C profile, 25.5" scale length

Now that is very cool.

The bridge was about the only thing wrong with the VM and they've fixed that!

New colour (if a fairly plain choice) compared to the VMs, that's another plus. Hopefully there are other options too!

B&B neck - personally I prefer dots and unbound, but that's just a personal taste thing and it's definitely a good to have the choice! Given that they can't use rosewood anymore, not a bad idea to have blocks for that reason too. When I think even the bit I don't like is a good idea, that's definitely some guitar!

And sub-$400. Spot on Fender/Squier, well done.

If there's no matching Jazzmaster to go with this, the universe is playing a particularly cruel joke.

And... what are the chances that Mustang bridge matches the neck radius?

I'd also prefer a different color, but indeed it looks awesome

Great News! If it's like the CV Tele's & Strat's!

Is there a CV Jazzmaster?

Oh man oh man oh man.

I love the CVs. And a B&B jaguar? Are you kidding me?

This is so exciting. It's been almost impossible to get B&B 24" necks for partscasters - this is going to be an infinite and affordable supply.

Just sad that his never happened in the rosewood Squier era.

Oh, and this has better be a typo:
