I’d love to see it regardless! Thanks
OK. Yellowed Surf vs Seafoam. The left side is probably closest to the actual color.

Re: Favourite Fender Colour
So weird how this stuff works! Those colors seem boring tome just cuz they’re not flashy and seem kinda flat and definitely to me like tame versions of other colors. You’re seemingly completely opposite of that though and appreciate what I don’t like while not appreciating the ones I’m into. Opinions, right?!JVG wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 3:17 amInteresting to see the comments about Surf Green. A couple of years ago I thought it was awful. I'm not quite sure why things changed, but they did, and now it's one of my favourite colours for offsets. Still doesn't beat Sonic Blue though!
Maybe one day I'll learn to love Sherwood Green too, but as yet I still can't get into it.
Cheers!
J.
Like I see sonic blue and immediately just wish it was closer to robins egg or something. I can’t dig the more muted colors for the life of me.

Wasn't on the list, so I had to join the "other" camp, but ever since I got my mystic seafoam AM Pro JM, I've been in love with that color. I see they've got an AM Pro Tele wearing the same clothes that I may have to spring for and start building a collection of mystic seafoam on my wall.

A pal of mine has a '65 Sherwood green Jag:

Mind you he also has the mintiest Burgundy Mist jag I've ever seen. So clean and beautiful it is, I might break the internet by posting a picture of it.
Oh, alright then - - - >

For me it's a close call between Sea Foam Green, Sherwood Green, Burgandy Mist, and Ice Blue Metallic. That Sherwood Green Jaguar with the tort above is brilliant!

While we are on the topic of paint, this seems like a suitable place for a confession: I've recently started to enjoy the smooth, plastic-feel of poly finishes
I still love nitro as well, but I no longer see poly as the poor cousin. It has its own beauty that I've come to appreciate.
Thanks for listening!
