I've seen Japanese jag/JM model numbers like JM66 and JG66 mentioned on OSG and not known what they were. I recently found this site that has Fender Japan catalogs from the 1980s/90s/00s that filled in some of that information on these and their variants. From what is available there I've listed the years and model numbers below. You can check out specs / colours in the catalog pages.

Nice, there's a German site that I've used to research Fender Japan stuff, but it's in a less navigation-friendly format than this one.
