Guys SO sorry for the late replies
I am going to see if I can find a place here.
Mastery answered my emails the night I sent them and if I need to I can send it to them.

This is a GREAT RTFM learning experience.
Thank you to everyone for responses, over the next few days I should have some time to actually take some action

WD40 or actual machine like 3 in 1 oil?
and heat do I just hold it with some pliers and apply the soldering iron for 30 or so seconds?
WD40 is a water dispersant (hence the name), and an awful lubricant. I'd advise against any oil as adding lubricants at this point will make the fastener more difficult to grab hold of, particularly if the hex end has been marred or otherwise damaged.

Immerse in pot of boiling water or a soldering iron applied directly to the fastener for a more localised heat. If the hex key won't shift it, grab the exposed end with vice grips/pliers and turn it out from the other side like I said in my previous reply.

So I finally got back to this.
I used my soldering iron and heated it from all around, top bottom, side, etc
I got the screw out finally.

Here is what it looks like:
Image

I REALLY messed it up not only is it nicked there but the head is totally stripped
I took one of the other screws out and was able to run it through a few times and the threads felt a little rough BUT it did start to kind of open up
I am going to see if I can source one of these screws/bolts locally and I should be good.

Thanks again for all the replies/help

Good job. Reminds me of rebuilding my first (and only) car engine.

We have a pretty good handle on the screw gauges on metric and US versions of the vintage bridge - US has 4-40 saddle height screws in 1/4" and 5/16" lengths. But I'm not sure what the 4 lateral saddle height grub screws are on the Mastery. Maybe someone knows ?

I know it does come with 3 Imperial hex/allen keys, as the bridge height/intonation/saddle height screws are all different...
0.050″ allen wrench (small) ... same as US vintage bridge/saddle height hex key for 4-40 screws.
5/64″ (0.078") allen wrench (medium)
3/32″ (0.094") allen wrench (large) ... I'm guessing this is for the big intonation screws.

So if you used the 0.05" hex key on the Mastery saddle height screws my guess would be that they are #4-40 too.
Although I see that a 0.05" key can also be used for #3 set/grub screws ...

Y'all are way more advanced than I; I was going to my buddy's shop and taking the whole thing with me and going to try one till I found one that worked...

Yeah, they are all 4-40, except the two that hold the posts to the base which are 6-32.
All pain and troubles melted away like lemon drops beyond the contrails across the sky.

ok.
How do I put this thing back together without loosing my mind.
The little circle parts that go in the saddles fall out before I can get the screw back in.

Uggh total learning experience.
