a 24 3/4" (medium) scale neck?

It seems like they have issued about every other mod.

No.

The closest would most likely be the shorter scale jagmaster

But the shorter scale would be a jaguar type guitar not jazzmaster type.

^ They were 24" or 25.5" scale though, and have literally nothing in common with the Jazzmaster (apart from 25.5" scale length for those particular guitars so equipped).

Even the bodies are different; the Jagmaster being smaller with a different profile especially around the lower bouts.

A regular Jaguar would be 'closer' - ie not very close at all.

Warmoth will do a conversion neck for 25.5" body with 24.75" neck...

For real, I'm spoiled by my Jaguar and Toronado. Shorter scales rule and make me feel like a better guitar player than I am.

Can you name any Fender guitar with 24.75” scale length, for that matter?

Exactly, those were their own models, not Strats or Teles or Jazzmasters.

Fender did Strats with a 24.75"scale, at least in Japan. There was the Telesonic and the Stratosonic, too, IIRC.

Squire also did a set neck, thinline, double humbucker tele in 24.75 in their master series. I had a natural one. I was in love with the look, but I never quite got on with it.

I can’t imagine actually desiring that squishy slop of a shorter scale.

You mean the standard scale of Gibson, one of the most popular brands of electric guitar?

Ok then...
