NGD: TVL Jazzmaster

Well it arrived wednesday last week. And I’m still in love.
I bought it on eBay. Previous owner had sanded the backside to a matted finish, for reasons unknown to me. Not a problem for me, I just polished it and I’m not finished polishing yet.
The look is amazing and it sound great as well!
I took it a studio Friday, two days after receiving it and recorded two songs. It’s so easy to play. My old CIJ Jazzmaster has become my backup. I’m in love.

Congrats! I used to have one and sometimes I’m afraid I’m gonna feel it’s ”the one that got away” in a couple of years...

I know the feeling.
I sold my first electric guitar 7-8 years ago and I'm regretting it.

They are great guitars. The only things I dont like about mine is the trem squeaks a bit (mostly fixed with a big dab of lithium grease), the colour means you can barely see the Jazzmaster decal, and its very noisy (I think thats just a Jazzmaster thing though). Minor complaints for an otherwise great guitar - overpriced though.

Yeah its a beauty!
And I haven't had any issues with it yet, no noises and squeaks from the trem. :)
