My first instinct was a modified Rondo Argus, but I can't find any evidence it was ever produced with a fulcrum trem. So, probably not that.

Go ahead, just TRY and place a pickup switch more intrusively. You can't do it! For a hundred bucks i might spring for it anyway.

I have seen ssh grosh guitars laid out the same way, but i highly doubt this is a grosh.
