New Fender Player Jaguar PF Tidepool spotted in the wild in Sam Ash, anyone got any more details, as dealers have pulled the slip up online.

It looks surprisingly good. But I think they should come up with a specific, longer, humbucker modelo for Jags. It just looks off in comparison with the neck pickup

Looks like the Player Telecaster comes in Black, Tidepool, 3TS, and Butterscotch Blonde. If it's Fender perhaps replacing the Standard line (the price and 4 colors lead me to think that) then I'd imagine the Jag is in the same 4 colors. Although the Butterscotch might be Tele Specific. My image search involved pix I found at pourlesmusiciens.com, btw.
All speculation of course!

Edit: I saw in the video that Sonic Red is also a color.

I'm sure some Fender dealer in '64 looked at the new Duo-Sonic II and thought, "That's not a Duo-Sonic. That's a Mustang".

I like it, but uncovered humbuckers are a tragedy.

Found this link to a Redditor who purchased a Jag. Imgur gallery link therein:

Hot damn, that colour looks like OTM had a baby with Firemist Silver.

Throw a mint or parchment guard on it and change the pickup config and it'd be right up my alley.

Looks interesting. Would be keen to have a guitar in that colour, but I'm not in the market for another Jag and wouldn't give up a traditional or the professional for this.

Not sure it matches the Toyota colour, and with the lighting in the imgur photos it almost looks more like a lighter cfm
