Yeah, that dramatic dark metallic green is one of the coolest colours I've ever seen on an Offset. I keep threatening to put together a build that looks like that...sunburster wrote: ↑Sun Apr 22, 2018 7:41 pmThe Sherwood Fender has offered in recent years is a bit different from the one in the late 90s/early 00s -- it's a lighter hue. I guess it's closer to the original color they did in the 60s, but not quite a perfect match. I prefer the darker AVRI62 color, it's more of a metallic Forest Green.

White, Sunburst, and Candy Apple Red. If we're super nice, maybe even a black one.

Same story here. I've been wanting a metallic dark green jazzmaster for 20 years. Vintage accuracy be damned. When my current slate of projects clears up, I'm doing a Jazzmaster in this color:mbene085 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 22, 2018 7:51 pmYeah, that dramatic dark metallic green is one of the coolest colours I've ever seen on an Offset. I've been threatening a British Racing Green Mustang or Jag for years now...

G&L's Emerald Green Metallic is pretty sweet. They also have an Emerald Blue, which is really nice as well.

Shell Pink with mint guard... Otherwise I’ll settle on the always classy Burgundy Mist.

Inca silver with a mint guard.
I think more important to me is getting back to the vintage specs on the neck and frets, 7.25" and vintage frets please.
You can't throw a stick these days without hitting a 9.5" 6105 fretted Fender. I've tried to like that configuration but I can never get along with those tall frets. I guess it's good for my wallet

Personally, the Sherwood green original AVRI's were what had me lusting for offsets when they were announced in the late 90's. I had no idea it was offered in the mod shop. That is enough to satisfy me. Go ahead and have your crazy coloured thin skins
Good point. Didn't know Sherwood green was available in the Mod Shop. Should be enough to satisfy most of you

Ice Blue Metallic is my favorite of the vintage metallics but it's similar enough to my Firemist Silver I wouldn't be tempted to buy one - so that one.

Doing some research on Burgundy Mist Jazzmaster's last night and found that there was a special run of them in 2008 as well
Can we bring back the 2008 colors to Wildwood....If I can't have my Fiesta Red....My second choice is Burgundy Mist!
