I wouldn't buy this thing (Daphne Blue with tort? WTF?) but I'm intrigued by the idea of that pickup and will subscribe to its newsletter.

It's there in case you want to plug in another pickup.

Maybe its an on/off for the middle pickup and standard 3 way down below. That's what I was referring to with the switching.

That thing is just screaming for one of those stew-mac 6 way magik switches with the upper switch as a.....High pass filter? Phase switching? Clapton boost?


I am a little intrigued actually. As a fan of 3 Pickup guitars (sorry) this could provide some very fun options as long as those Shaw pickups aren't stupid heavy metal hot or the same ones that they are using in the shawbucker strats.
