It looks like they’re up on Sweetwater with pricing.

It looks like I’ll be sticking with Squier.

I never understand how anyone ever affords any of this shit....even the MIM classic player stuff is outta my reach these days unless I can find it used.

WHO THE FUCK DECIDED THAT "JAGUAR" WAS GOING TO START BEING PRONOUNCED "JAG-WIRE?"

I don't mind a 9.5" radius, but those narrow-tall frets are a dealbreaker for me.

I don't understand why you wouldn't put a modern bridge alternative on this along with a more easily accessible truss rod ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I get the half modern, half vintage idea but why go modern on the frets and the radius and not the other bits that a lot of people who prefer modern frets and radius would want?

Yay, there's a Jaguar. Boo, I still don't like the colors. Guess I'll wait for the FSRs to start.

Back in those days, everyone knew that if you were talking about Destiny's Child, you were talking about Beyonce, LaTavia, LeToya, and Larry.

There's always a fly in the ointment...they almost do something cool and then half ass it. Oh and it's only available in the same colors as always and cost 2k, and then wonder why there's still inventory on the racks from 2014.

Re: Fender American Original Jaguars and Jazzmasters
Agree and not just that, they seem to get a lot of the aesthetic and spec decisions wrong/souless/unsophisticated/callow/naff/naive and so much of what they do is...well...cringey and they often come across as in need of working through your sig. or at least working their way through the OSG neophyte journey.
For me Fender are like a band that's doing a bit of bandwagon jumping and always getting it a bit wrong, like a 60's grandee having a mortifying stab at disco or some gawdawful American band in the 80's having a go at synthpop and thinking to themselves 'what this really needs is a meedly guitar solo and a poodle perm'. Actually...I know that now he's dead Bowie is meant to have shit solid gold his entire career but if Fender were a band they might well be Tin Machine.
