Looks like you can configure one with those specs and 20 different finish options for $1,799US. Maybe you're blocked in Canada.

Hmmm, I'll try again. That sounds pretty good. Might distract me from my current plans to get a G&L Doheny.

A long time ago I variously owned a pink paisley tele and a blue flower strat.
I wish I still had them now, but I would gladly trade them for these.
If they are anything like the old ones, the pics don't do them justice, especially the blue flower.

I've been trying really, really hard to buy one of these paisley ones. Sadly, thanks to Cites regs, none of the Japanese shops will export.

Would buying it in Japan and taking it in hand luggage give problems at customs?

I thought Ishibashi sorted out their CITES certificate/processes some time ago?

I just realized the protective plastic over the pickguard has a blue tint and that's why the pickguard looks oddly purplish in those pictures.
All pain and troubles melted away like lemon drops beyond the contrails across the sky.

There's a few of these up on eBay right now, shipping from Florida. If any US members seriously want one without dealing with CITES hassles...
