Hi. Wasn’t sure where to ask the question, but does anyone have an idea of the estimated value of a Ranaldo JM these days? They don’t come up for sale so hard to get an idea (and the Reverb estimates seem a bit off)
I’m in UK as that probably makes a difference
Many thanks
Jon.

1200-1400 USD is the market here for stuff that sells
Not sure how to convert that into the UK/EU market.

Re: Ranaldo JM
I sold mine a month ago (here in NZ) for the equivalent of about $1200 USD (after fees, etc). So, if you are selling it on a site like ebay or reverb, where fees are added, $1300-$1400 seems to be the going price. However, it took several months for mine to sell. At least here, it is a very niche guitar without many interested buyers. Shame, because it's such a cool and unique instrument. I quite liked it but several factors compelled me to sell it, which I won't go into here.
I think in the future, it will be more desirable and command higher prices, but that will probably be at least 5-10 years down the road.

I hate myself for not buying one of these when they came out. I figured they'd be around for a while, but Fender is sketchy with signature models.
I want one just to have one. Big fan of Lee Ranaldo (if the avatar didn't give that away).

There's one that's been modded on sale on Reverb for under $1,800. I would agree with $1,300-$1,400, but I've seen people try to sell them for twice that if the pickups have been reworked into actual Wide Range HB's.yellow6 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 10, 2017 7:30 amHi.
