I was browsing AliExpress yesterday when I came across this interesting "Jaguar".
Wonder what It'll sound like with that trem...
What were they thinking?!

That trem!
it's like they're not allowed any images or drawings of actual guitars in the factory so they have to try and make them from memory.

Right, but surely the strings would be pulling the, uh, thingy the strings go into away from the knife edge instead of towards it?

I don't think so, if it were a standard trem, the strings/spring are now both pulling/pushing in the same direction, you'd have to reorient the spring inside to make it work properly (it might work in one direction).
