Definitely the most generic thing I've heard in forever. It's like Elvis Costello got a lobotomy and tried to rewrite Armed Forces with the biggest gang of tools he could find.

One of the youtube comments called this "if Green Day were dad-rock" and I think that really nailed it. It's kind of like Vulfpeck in the sense that I enjoy it as long as I'm not looking at the band.

I don't like it, but it's not totally offensive. Not lightyears away from one of Wilco's more "rock"-like songs. It's the kind of dad rock that older millennial and the children of baby boomers listen to and raise a family around.
