Yup! The HH Jazzy is black or white. The HH Mustang is blue or black although the Mustang isn't string through like the Jazzy.

Hi folks,
I too got the affinity JM last week (in black) and like you say, great guitar straight out of the box - mine was the Thomann show model so it was pristine!
Totally agree that the pups on these are way better than expected. Overall the build quality is great for the $, though the neck is very good, it's too flat for my personal taste....

...However, for shits and giggles, I just put a classic payer neck on it that I had spare. Result is a total game changer straight away, now this guitar is 100% on parr with my old Toronado which I missed ...until today ! :w00t:

Suppose it defeats the object of adding à 250$ neck on a 200$ guitar if you're after a bargain, and again it's just my taste that the neck is too flat, but now it's become something altogether wonderful !
These ARE the droids you're looking for

Nice!!

Got the guitar taken apart. (I want to get a white pickguard made.) I also wanted to stain the neck so it was less pale. Here are pictures. I know some people wanted more gut shots.

I also ordered these tuners. Anyone know for sure if they are a straight swap for the normal Squier ones? They look like they would be the same.

Neck is done. Just waiting for the tuners and string tree to arrive. I also picked up my other parts. Just waiting on a quote for a new pickguard. That will probably be what takes the longest for this to be done. :)

You can see the stain better when it is next to white. :)

The neck looks great. Did you just go right over the original finish?

Got to fool around with one of these yesterday unplugged. Hell of a guitar for $200.

Wow, swimming pool rout - truly a modder's dream! I was thinking it would be fun to pick up one of these and throw some GFS Surf 90's in there, but you could literally do anything with those.

Damn. I actually have a pair of Vintage Vibe HS90A's (HB-sized single coils with rod magnets) sitting in my parts drawer, and it'd be way too easy to just grab one of these and pop those in there...

Can't think of any mods to this guitar I'd want to do that wouldn't cost more than the guitar itself.

I am in the same boat, but those costs would be the same if I was trying to mod a more expensive guitar. Nice thing about this one is it has less things I would want to mod than others. :D (Routing the body for example, or filling it or buying a blank body to make a hardtail, etc.)

This is the type of guitar I'd use to mess around with things like GFS pickups and parts. It's not something I'd order a set of Lollar Imperials for...

Stain makes it look twenty times better. Does it add gloss?
King Buzzo: I love when people come up to me and say “Your guitar sound was better on Stoner Witch, when you used a Les Paul. “...I used a Fender Mustang reissue on that, dumbass!

I put Tung oil over the stain, but the stain did make it more glossy than it was.
