The Martinique with the 3 gold foils looks and sounds best to me. Very impressive guitars.... The blue and copper orange colors are both very nice colors

Can someone explain to me the difference between Vistatone pickups and Gold Foil pickups?

On Supro's site they describe the Vistatone pickup a cross between a Strat and P90 but don't really describe the Gold Foils & the difference between the 2.

Is it confirmed they're made in China? Or some are? Looking at the Sweetwater site one model (Island Series?) is made in Indonesia..

IMO Indonesian guitars ain't that bad. My Yamaha Revstars are Indonesian made and those things play frickin awesome.

I dunno, but the vintage ones certainly did.

Supros and Airlines and Danos are not guitars that were made with tonewoods, per se. :P

Some of them have plastic tops. I had previously heard they were all Chinese made but now a Sweetwater rep has said they are all Indonesian.
