XII pickup Update...

Post by CurtisNovak » Tue Nov 14, 2006 6:02 am

I got a set of covers in last night, made all the measurements and have the Aluminum templates cut. for the bobbins.
All I need now is the proper string spacing.  It is looking good, and it should not be long now.

I think Curtis would rather you dealt with him directly through his site rather than on here .. simpler for everyone.

It's very cool to actually have an aftermarket option available for XII pickups!

You would be correct w/ that comment.  I dont mind discussing progress, specs and such here...  I just dont think it is proper to deal w/ sales and such stuff here.
thanks for your understanding.

As for the readings I would like that thanks.

You've already got the wire gauge and average number of turns, right?

Not really but doing this as long as I have and all the pickups I have repaired I get a really good feel for what it should be...  It is not that hard for me to figure out.
I have a lot of pickup info I could likely dig around and find it.  If you have any info you want to share w/ me that would be great.
