Adding "country" to the profiles

Post by mjet » Fri Oct 06, 2006 8:39 am

Just a quick request - could this be added? I like being able to know when someone is from Australia so that I can picture them sitting upside down at their computer typing posts.

It's there as an option, however most people seem to leave the field open, which is a bit of a shame. Are you proposing to make this a compulsoray field?

I just re-checked and you're right. I don't want anything to be mandatory. Maybe what I should have said is that I'd like to see the country under the name and avatar, if that was possible.

I may be able to add that field into the user details next to posts.  I'll have to add it to a long list of things I need to look in to.  :)

You can add "country" to it, but you'd better also add "surf" and "noisecore" too.
