Vintage Vintage Jazzmaster Restoration Article
Came across this article in a '95 copy of Vintage Gallery magazine I rediscovered last night. It's a refin of a '63 Jazzmaster.

Also contained this nice family picture (which I couldn't fit on my scanner all at once so I had to crop pieces together).

note: that is a 13 meg download!
I think Yannis scanned and posted that Erlwhine article years ago.
And an OSG member posted that incredible pic too. (is it a Chinery collection photo?)

Yes, I guess somebody could be looking at this on their phone (or dial-up, *shudder*), so good point. And it is a Chinery collection photo. I hadn't seen it around since I've been here so I apologize if it's a repost.mcjt wrote:note: that is a 13 meg download!

That is correct...I posted the whole thing quite a while ago...in fact I bought that magazine when it came out in 1995

Nice, much better! I also bought it new and loved the fact that the second from the left looked like my '94 MIJ blonde.

It's a pretty cool mag...I have a few other issues too...I tried to get them all at some point, but they are pretty hard to track down
