Yeh, it's surprised me how much I like it..I wouldn't have chosen that colour normally.. but for it being Shoreline Gold originally it had to be done.

It's amazing just how much those old mint guards can lift a colour.
I'm glad you avoided slapping a mismatched tort guard on their, although I assume you had the original mint guard all along so I guess it was a no-brainer.

Oh yes the guard is the original one that was on the guitar from factory....But if it was missing there was no way tort would have gone anywhere near shoreline gold..not on my watch anyway
