Stripping the body...can you spot the original gold on white primer?

I remember it well..it looked amazing...I also loved the Inca Silver one that was also for sale a few years back...matching headstock too, if I remember correctly

It's almost stripped and ready for primer...just got to do a final stint of fine filling and sanding.. more gold remnants

Ok...it's ready for painting I'm handing it over to Dave at Eternal Guitars near me to do the painting as I can't be doing with paint fumes any more..breathed far enough of that stuff in during my lifetime so far..
Will be sealed, white primer..Shoreline Gold base coat then clear lacquer..Nitro of course.
Forgot to mention the back of the neck still has an intact original finish which is cool..

How will you repair-replace the piece of missing rosewood?
