I have also read mixed reviews on Mr Jenny's work. I guess one man's caviar is anothers salty fish eggs...

I'm no rush to get this finished, but I would like it done right.

has anyone actually used lays yet?
I've just heard they (Lays) have finished my '65 Tele body - it was a humbucker route repair and refin back to it's original firemist gold and mild relicing so it doesn't look brand new. I think it took around 8 weeks. I was lucky as they were about to do a batch of firemist which is why mine 'jumped the queue'.

Will post pics when it arrives.

Exactly!  He simply just sprayed over my damaged, grainy, stripped bare body!!!  It looks absolutely awful up close with every single scratch and flaw showing through the paint.
