Yes, I'm also interested in this one too.
Have been acquiring a taste for maple and block neck offsets lately...

Re: Andrew dares restoring my '72 JM neck! - SHIPPED!

Post by Pacafeliz » Tue Jun 07, 2011 2:17 pm

wow... 1 1/2 months later i finally found the time and money to finally send this out.
MexPost usually takes 5-15 days, let's hope it's a quick one...

tracking number EE719541979MX so we can all know when it arrives *shiggles giggles* :w00t:
can be tracked (in a day or two, since the system was down...) here: http://www.sepomex.gob.mx/English/Paginas/track.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or on http://www.usps.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

whoooooooooooo... and it only cost me around $25 to ship. DHL would've been around 3 times that.
ok, lemme know.
and pray folks, pray.

Pat.

I have a note on my door from the postal d00d, saying that I can pick up the package from their office tomorrow... I was gonna shoot down there tomorrow, before work...

I've been talking to an acquaintance who works at Fender, running their warranty and repair department. Though I know how I would go about this, I want to get him to assist me with it.

Worst case scenario, I'll reimburse you the cost you paid to ship it to me, and send it back to you (or to a more able repair person). Thing is, this is much more complex than a scratch build; especially because of the veneered board...

no way. no money back or nothing... just use it to experiment, whenever you're ready.
i know you're making the groomsmen guitars, and getting married and all.

but please try to do something to/with it.

i was just wondering. but really, really, NO stress.

I'm curious to see how the neck turns out.
