no the headstock decal is a silk screen reproduction, done the way they were in the 60s. It has been placed ontop of the headstock finish (not under) also as per 60s specs.
relaxing alternative to doing actual work ...

Oh I remember this one! That was back a quarter of a year, when it seemed there was an awesome new build thread every few days. That was a good thing. Guitar still looks stonkin' too.
2003 CIJ Fender Jaguar, sunburst (SJAG-3n neck, SHR-1b bridge, 500K lead circuit pots/speed knobs, Mastery bridge, Buzz Stop, Squier JM JM vibrato plate, modified whammy bar)

2022 MIM Fender Meteora, cosmic jade (top mounted input jack added)
