Very nice. It looks like it is a lot of fun to play.

I know this. But there is an exception to every rule. I almost bought a used Jet King a few months back on a whim. It sounded pretty great, and for $200? Wish I had, now.

Soon I'll have two weeks off so I'm gonna reshape and re cut the PG's perhaps in a vintage tort, add a a rotary switch instead of the Tele style, add a veritone (both with chicken head knobs), refinish it in either the sparkle black OR oly white and install schaller locking strap buttons. What do you think? Opinions please.

Top marks for trying something different.  :)

Is there only one knob?  Not a TONE fan?

Actually I am a tone fan. There is no volume pot in this guitar. It may sound strange but I've never really used a volume pot. So yeah, single tone no volume.

How about put it back to stock with a custom sparkly paint job? That'd be bad ass!  8)

Thanks! Its fabric with about 6 coats of water based poly, a few coats of Mohawk sanding sealer and then Duplicolour burst (Champagne Pearl). I finished it off with about 5 coats of lacquer. Oh, and I used super glue on the edge of the fabric to make it sandable so I could taper it to the rounded edge.
