The guitar did not survive the mod frenzy of the 70s and 80s.
The body was refinished at some point in its life, and a humbucker was added to the neck position.
Another person replaced the original pickguard and pickups before it came to me.
Is there an original finish under the top coat, as I see red?

they had put the dimarzio mudbucker UNDER the pickguard, like on a Marauder?! Genius!!!
