Thanks! It really feels like an heirloom to me! I've owned 6 mustangs in my time and there's something special about the way this one plays and feels. It's the best playing and sounding one I've owned. It's hard with guitars to find that one. Especially online you can't try it out beforehand...Witchburner wrote: ↑Wed Jan 24, 2018 7:03 amCan't wait to see it
Awesome to see how you've kept it and are giving it the love you belive it deserves
Now need to find myself a guitar worth keeping O.e

Just bought this plate. I liked the earlier serial number it just makes more sense with the slab neck since they were ended in late 66....

Yeah I can understand that, a lot of times I see a gutiar like that but it's pricepoint is so far fetched tbhUnscarredrx8 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 24, 2018 7:42 amThanks! Ok will do! I play heavy rock with some metal in there. It sounds good for that style think it's the hot rail it sounds awesome! Surprisingly i keep this in dropped c# and it doesnt buzz and stays in tune!Witchburner wrote: ↑Wed Jan 24, 2018 9:27 amYeah I can understand that, a lot of times I see a gutiar like that but it's pricepoint is so far fetched tbhUnscarredrx8 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 24, 2018 7:42 amThanks! Yes people do ask redicoulous prices even for stang that got old and definately need a paint job! I draw a line when it comes to all original stuff the paint has to be Good to excellent for me unless the price is right for a beautifuly beat up one that has a cool vintage vibe...
