I'd like to know too, out of some sense of morbid curiosity. It looks to me like it's fairly modern, or at least that's what I'm going to keep telling myself..

I’d like to think the half got mangled in such a way as to leave a lot of jagged broken ends of wood, so they lopped the hazardous parts off and built out the new parts with pieces of IKEA furniture. Needs a Bigsby made from cabinet and kitchen hardware.

- I just saw that on Reverb - I KNEW it would find its way here!

It almost seems like more work to turn a Jazzmaster into a teardrop than it would be to turn a block of wood into a teardrop body.
