I think thats an 80s Fender Standard Jazz Bass. They came with one-piece pick guards and start knobs. The colour might be Agave or something similar. Not sure if it's OTM.

If it's a more recent Jazz Bass, the color would be called Sage Green. They offered it on standards in the early 2000's.

At the height I adjust my guitar straps, and the way I move while I play, I think Jesus' face would end up at a very improper place most of the time if I owned that guitar.
