These are the trem bars: http://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/f203055964
The grub screws are actually M2.5 x 8mm - these should work: http://www.ebay.com/itm/25-Pcs-Slotted- ... 0996162264 but they must be available in plain steel somewhere, rather than black.

Yes - have bought 2 or 3 of these over the last few years with no problems whatsoever. There's a slightly unfamiliar process whereby you have to pay a PayPal deposit to cover potential shipping costs upfront, but it gets refunded very quickly.lmountain wrote:Have you bought from this site before? Thanks! I'll get on that then. How have the trem arms worked for you? Do they look close to an original?theworkoffire wrote:Yes - have bought 2 or 3 of these over the last few years with no problems whatsoever. They've all worked perfectly. The arm shape is spot on, the tip slightly different from vintage but although I have both in my lounge and see/play them every day I couldn't tell you what the difference is - it's negligible in practice. Very different shape to the Fender tip, which is a good thing.lmountain wrote: Thanks! I'll get on that then. How have the trem arms worked for you? Do they look close to an original?

Re: The Unofficial OSG 60s Yamaha SG Thread
So the project SG-2C came in and I finally came home after 3,5 months.
Looks fine, unfortunately the paint has some weird discoloration on it and the TOM holes are wider than the tremolo.
I put a trem on it from another sg-3c whom is butchered heavily.
I added a photo of all my Yamaha sixties SG's

Yes, I just found them when I googled it! Thanks for archiving! Really interesting that the SG-1 prototype had this pickguard. It looks way ahead of its time.

The mystery for me from this magazine, is the "SB 7" bass with a 3 pickups combinaison. I have never seen one before. Seems to be a 90's reissue...SuperAxe wrote:No images above ....
