Help with 66 Mustang need parts

Post by JONFROMJERSEY » Sun Mar 24, 2024 10:41 am

Hey

I have a 66 Mustang, all original except for the case. I've had it since 1992 or so. Anyway, I have never been interested until now, but it's missing the grub screw and the tremolo bar. Anybody know where I can get these parts in the EU? I don't need vintage original parts or anything.

Thanks folks.

I can't help with sourcing parts in the EU, but might I suggest finding a hardware supplier over there like McMaster-Carr and getting a grub screw in the correct size like this one that I got for my reissue trem? It has a nylon tip like the originals so you're not scraping metal-on-metal with the bar (which is available from AllParts in both import and vintage diameters).
