Help needed re. stolen late 70’s Jazzmaster

Help needed re. stolen late 70’s Jazzmaster

Hi folks! First of all i’m fairly new to the board but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed reading through your posts and admiring your beautiful guitars. I’m seeking some help in locating a 1977 Jazzmaster stolen from me at the Ben & Jerry’s festival in London in 2006. That was a hell of a long time ago it’s true but i’ve relentlessly searched for it ever since with no luck at all and I thought that maybe some sleuths on here might be able to help me along. There are a few details about the guitar that make it quite rare, the headstock decal is set unusually inwards of the edge of the headstock, the control knobs are black witch hats, the string tree is black plastic and the sunburst goes well beyond the pick guard on the upper horn. Some of these details may have been altered however. I have the serial number so any instrument can be easily ruled out. Although a police report was made I am not looking to get anyone in trouble and a reward will be offered. Thanks so much for reading and for any help you can give in reuniting me with my baby. Image
