Great looking jaguar.

The fretboard is crazy almost like flamed rosewood :?

The dots are so white... strange.
They should be pearloid, no?

No, not for sale! That was the dealer listed price, which is always quite high. Though, the rarer custom-color offsets have skyrocketed in price, even Jags. They've really gone up over the past 5 years, JMs in particular. For example, I recently had a 1965 Shoreline Gold JM I bought for $8500 that sold a year later for $12k. Common custom-color Jags are still around $5k but the rarer ones will sell for $7k-$9k. Rare JM colors will fetch over $10-$12k, easily - it's all about the color! Of course, you can get a CAR example for much, much less...IBM is a really rare one, so commands a higher price tag.

Dots are pearl, yeah - not clay...

Anyway, this one's sticking around, using it for a bunch of studio stuff and live stuff now and forthcoming in 2018.

He has some affiliation with Emerald City Guitars.
Lol, this thread is getting funny. I'm not in any way affiliated w/ ECG and the guitar isn't for sale, as previously stated. I bought the guitar from ECG, sherlocks. :fp:
