1965 IBM Jaguar
Thought you guys might like some pics of my 1965 IBM Jag. This was made mid-year, around May/June of '65. Has no binding, pearl dots, the finish has turned a lovely blueish/green hue, and it has the craziest Brazilian Rosewood board I think I've ever seen. It's a great player and sounds really wonderful as well, has a great, thick and chimey tone.

See what you mean about the fingerboard..never seen rosewood like it ! If you squint your eyes a little, it almost looks like brown mother of pearl, like an antique hairbrush or something

I've never seen a rosewood board like this, either - it's crazy b/c it moves like flame maple in the light, it has that same type of subtle 3D quality. I had to look twice when I first spotted it.

Possibly the greatest Jag I've ever seen. Between the ages IBM, the fretboard, and the general condition...wow. This ranks way up there.
