Yeah, the XII collection is a show stopper, but it's all custom color overload. What an incredible collection. Thank you for the pictures. I wonder which one is the most rare? Foam Green always catches my eye, because you just don't see it a lot. That Jazz bass and Bass VI. I seem to remember reading that there were two Foam Green Bass VI known (the one at Fretted Americana, and the one featured in Spinal Tap (don't even point at it). I don't know how they know that, but anyway...

Just wow.

I'm not sure from the photo whether the one at the top is Sonic Blue or Daphne Blue. If it is Daphne Blue then it would be a close call between that and the Seafoam Green for the rarest color of that collection.

What's going on with the Black one, does it have stickers on it?

I feel like the Jaguar is Firemist Silver - compared to the Ice Blue Fender XII. It looks different enough for me to feel like it's FMS.

You could be right. For me, yellowing can make it tricky to know from pictures. Especially the silvery ones--IBM, Firemist, Inca.

totally...and then there's the different amounts of yellowing of the clear coat, which affects the colour underneath (obviously).

It really isn't that easy to call it, IMO :)

Thanks for posting these. Great pictures.

Conflicted about the fact they spend most of their life behind glass, but given these things are out of most peoples price range anyway I'm glad they are on display for the public rather than in some humidity controlled bank vault.

What is this Jazzmaster color? It looks like some kind of blue burst? If so, I never heard of that custom color.

The green Jaguar on the lower right has me a bit baffled. I've seen blue guitars shift to pea green due to yellowing, but this looks like a nice bright green unless I'm being mislead by the lighting in the photo.
