Yeah. This happened.

This isn't a reissue. This thing is the cleanest old Jaguar I've ever seen

The back is as clean. The edges are clean. The neck finish is all there. Clean clean clean clean. It needs a ding maybe...

Yep. It needs a refret badly ... it has the original frets and they're hardly there. It's playable, but playable if you play it a certain way. I've played vintage frets before - I can't understand how this guitar is this clean when the frets are down to nubs. The board is clean too ... there are no spots of play wear on the rosewood. No clue what's going on with that...

Oh ... and it's the lightest offset I've ever picked up. This guitar is a bag of CAR coloured air! It's lighter than any Fender I can remember picking up.

Did the frets show where at all? Are you sure it's not lower style vintage frets you're looking at?
