It's probably legit. I've been doing this kind of Photoshopping for some work I'm doing (laying copy onto angled, flat surfaces) and, at first glance, that stamp looks way too clean & at slightly the wrong angle. Saying that, I found this image online that probably backs up the legitimacy of that photo...

While most stamps you see look a little smudged or 95% complete, there's every chance that once in a while the perfect stamp comes along....
