NOW PLAYING
now-playing by volhoo, on Flickr
I am posting this thread in the Vintage (pre-1980) section only because I am NOW PLAYING my 1956 Fender Musicmaster - with a cool new strap that I bought myself for Christmas - because nobody else can figure out what the hell I really want.
Anyway, I would love to see what everyone is NOW PLAYING.

Re: NOW PLAYING
Nice guitar and a nice strap.
Free to those that can afford it, very exspensive to those that can`t.

I know I've commented on it before, but that Musicmaster is stunning!
Would love to have one despite their scale. Such fun, simple, classy little guitars.

Re: NOW PLAYING
Just built myself a new workbench...the assembly and setup of this one was the way I inaugurated it. Am having a whole lot of fun with its first "test drive" (apologies to Will for using his photo, and thanks to him for selling it to me!). It's a '64 clay dot neck and a '66 body. A-width, just how I like 'em.

Indeed. Gorgeous!!kosmonautmayhem wrote:aaahhh!!!!! that color!!!!
Is the yellowed clearcoat consistent over the whole body?
If I ever buy another Mustang it'll be one of these, preferably old enough to have clay dots.
Just out of curiousity, how much did you pay for it? (PM me if need be)
You think you can't, you wish you could, I know you can, I wish you would. Slip inside this house as you pass by.

Re: NOW PLAYING
After all the effort to refinish / restore my 1967 Mory, I'm pleased to say it is absolutely one of the best playing guitars I've had. Can't leave it alone. Better than either of the others in this pic.
